Urban Life VS Rural Life

Even if the competition in city is much fiercer than that in countryside, the big job opportunity in cities gives great hope to people who have an ambition to earn a fortune. So factories and companies in cities attract many job seekers from rural areas.
The second is living condition. Obviously, life in urban areas is more convenient than that in rural areas concerning shopping, transportation, medical treatment and entertainment. However, nowadays, urban areas have been severely polluted on water and air. Taking Beijing as an example, fog and haze has been easily seen. Although it’s very important to have life convenience, many citizens there attach greater importance to their health. So more and more city citizens choose to escape from city and approach nature.
As is described in the book “Fortress Besieged”, written by Qian Zhongshu, those who are outside want to get in, and those who are inside want to get out. Actually, it is really hard to tell which lifestyle is the better. But a combination of urban and rural life might be the best choice for everyone.
