Differences Between Urban Life and Rural Life
In holidays, I love to go to my grandparent’s house in a small village in Anhui province. I find there are many differences between urban days and lives here.
First, as soon as I step into the village, I keep greeting with the villagers, some of whom I even can not recognize. It seems all the villagers were my neighbours. In fact, I’m still not certain how many people live in the house next to mine in the city.
Second, staying in countryside could help me escape from the noise and air pollution in the city. Outside the window are the grass, river and crops. Living animals like pheasants, dogs, and cows are wandering freely all around the village as they are all called “pets” in the city with tight necklets.
Third, the transport in rural life is more simple and safe than that in the city. Since the village is small as mentioned, we prefer to reach the destination on foot in majority situation. Besides, the view on the road is also a enjoyment.
However, there are more choices in urban life for work, education and entertainment. When I was young, rural life was paradise to me. I ventured every corner of the village with my cousins. We spent the whole day climbing trees, catching crabs and chasing after each other in the fields. Sometimes, I was scratched by branches or fell in the mud. But to an adult, I can’t stand staying in the countryside more than a week. It’s no more than a jail without Wi-Fi and shopping malls.

I keep greeting with the villagers,是你打招呼还是别人和你打招呼呢?In fact, I’m still not certain how many people live in the house next to mine in the city.这个和前面不算是很鲜明的对比,如果说你和邻居barely say a word to each other,才能对应前面的打招呼和寒暄。 the transport in rural life is more simple and safe than that in the city.这个没有什么解释说明嘛?But to an adult,应该是as,最后一段写得不错,请继续努力。
