There is always a gap between two generations. My generation is different from my parents’ generation in many ways, and I will just list a few of them.
   There Is a saying prevalent among people in my parents’ generation:” A married couple should be devoted to each other till the end of their lives.” But many young people in my generation do not think so. The divorce rate is increasing nowadays, and some young people in my generation prefer to remain unmarried throughout their lives.
   Our outlooks toward life are different, too. Many people in my parents’ generation do not seem to know how to enjoy life. They work hard during the working hours, and think and talk mostly about their work in their free time. Compared with people of my parents’ generation, young people of my generation seem to be less dedicated to their work. We enjoy our work and enjoy ourselves in leisure time. I think our life is more colorful than that of our parents.
   In short, there are a lot of discrepancies between my generation and my parents’ generation. That’s why argument and even conflicts often arise between parents and children.

Our outlooks toward life are different, too.看后面写的应该不是outlook吧，outlook好像做前景解释更多些，attitude可能更合适些。 Compared with people of my parents’ generation, young people of my generation这两个年龄段的人在文中多次用到，可以用些其它的词做替换以避免重复，比如70s，90s等等。立足点不错，也写出了对比，如果中间段能再稍微丰富下就更好了。
