Different Lives in Urban and Rural Area
It is obvious that there are lots of differences between urban life and rural life. And in my view, those differences are mainly reflected in two aspects-physical (material) and psychological.
From material aspect, the construction of infrastructure can be the most significant difference between them. Take transportation for example,in urban area,it is very convenient for people to go out. There are various choices to choose from, such as buses, coaches, metros and taxi. In addition, the roads in city are normally smooth and wide. The farmers in rural area are poorer than city residents when going out. In the countryside, the traffic condition is pitiful- bumpy narrow paths and limited old buses.People living there are unwilling to go out due to the uncomfortable transportation.
That is certainly not the only one different field between these two lives. The environment also differs not only on external surroundings and air,but also on people’s inside world. This is what I said the main psychological distinction. In urban area, people are surrounded by a variety of pressure--working,housing,payment and families. They struggle in a tense environment. In order to survive, they have to quicken their pace and endeavor to work. As a consequence, city fellows live a tired and unpleasant life. Whereas,in rural area, most people lead a leisurely and enjoyable life, for the environment in countryside is peace and relaxed. As farmers, there is not so much trifles for them to concern. All the things they have to worry about is only the crops condition.Peasants could afford their families with farms. They have pretty much time to enjoy life,to develop interests, and to make friends.
In fact,I prefer a rural life than a urban life. After all,I am a village girl.
