Me in the eyes of other people
Me in the eyes of other people
Sometimes I was wondering what kind of person I am. Someone said that I am an enthusiasm and optimistic boy, while someone thought I am a little unsocial and cool. It's difficult for me to figure it out which one is real me. According to those eyes, a different image of me appears before my eyes.
"You always think too much and want to make things better so that you have a little procrastination. But you are a good and responsible guy." One of my best friends described me in an incisive way. It is true, however, I will procrastinate if I have to do those things in which I have no interest. Also I admit I am an obsessive. In other words, I have a sense of responsibility and always try my best to finish a thing. His pungent comment presents my image of weakness and strength.
From my parents eyes, I have another image. "Don't trust any strangers outside. And try to be a considerate person. " My parents will remind me of those words as long as I leave home. Despite the fact that I am an adult now and have attended university for 2 years, I am a child forever in their mind. Since I have lived in a greenhouse which my parents create all the time, my parents always worry that I might be a credulous and selfish person. On the contrary, my roommate's mind reflect an independent and easy-going image of me. We play and study with each other, and have a great time in the dormitory.
In a general, what I see from my best friend's, my parents', my roommate's eyes is all the genuine me. The reason why those images are different is that I believe a person is like a polyhedron, who always presents a different face to different people so that they always see a different image of one person.

回复: Me in the eyes of other people
行文还算流畅,但句式和用词略偏简单,请平时多注意积累,有些表达还是受中式思维的影响,"You always think too much and want to make things better so that you have a little procrastination.我觉得这里对procrastination应该是种误解吧,或者我觉得应该是一种完美主义者perfectionist的表现。 Since I have lived in a greenhouse which my parents create all the time, my parents always worry that I might be a credulous and selfish person. 这两个句子间关系我不是很理解,求解释,另外create我也不是很清楚是想表达什么意思。
