My hometown
I grow up in Panjin, a city with vigor and vatality. It is located in the northeast china Liaoning province. Compared with other cities, Panjin established in 1986 is like a newly born child.
Unlike here in Nanjing, she has four distinctive seasons. Spring always comes in the late march. Trees and grass begin to bud, rivers defreeze and all the animals come out of there lairs to enjoy the aura of spring. When summer comes, the temperature goes high and monsoon runs to the end of Aguest. If you feel a sudden fall on temperature, it makrs the start of autumn. Autumn is the most wonderful season, for the rice are ripe, the crabs are most delicious and the secenaries are most beautiful. The red beach, for instance, is taken as the symbol of my hometown. About 30km away from downtown, the red beach covers about 90,000 square kilometers. The red color comes from the plant called seepweed. In October, it looks like the sea of red color. When breeze sweep the land, the wave appears. Winter is commonly regarded as the hardest season,however,for us, it is the most enjoyable one. Covered with white clothes, the land gives out a scent of peace and purity. If you have the opportunity to visit the countryside,you will be suprised to find people sleep on a heated brick bed. We forze our food outside such as icecream. People cook indoors. Fires were surrounded by stones set in a circle. The smoke drifited out through the roof.
