Martin Frohm: First in your class in school?

Chris Gardner: High school? Yes, sir.

Martin Frohm: How many in the class?

Chris Gardner: Twelve.It was a small town.

Martin Frohm: I'll say.

Chris Gardner: But I was also first in my radar class in the Navy, and that was a class of 20.
Can I say something?
I'm the type of person if you ask me a question, and I don't know the answer I 'm gonna tell you that I don't know.But I bet you what.I know how to find the answer, and I will find the answer.Is that fair enough?

Martin Frohm: Chris. What would you say if a guy walked in for an interview without a shirt on and I hired him? What would you say?

Chris Gardner: He must've had on some really nice pants.

这是当幸福来敲门中的一段主人公和面试老板的对话。Chris因为没能付清停车罚单，被拘留了，第二天没有机会换衣服就得去参加面试，于是穿着一身溅满白点的工作服进了办公室。这段最经典的就是这个赢得面试的笑话，Chris非常聪明而幽默的掩盖了他衣着的尴尬。然而之前 "I'm the type of person..." 一段话还表现出了他是个很直白，诚实的人。Chris虽然穷困潦倒，家庭破裂，事业失败，可是他依然拥有美好的品质，坚持不懈的努力，最终获得了成功和幸福。

其实除了后面的幽默，前面的对话也很有意思，很明显是带有一种看人低一等的感觉。
