The Open Mind of Young People
Just as mentioned in the passage , many young people do not mind about confiding secrets even to strangers . They do not remain the traditional thought that private things should be kept in a few people . In some ways these unbelievable behaviours show a character of the young people in this period : open mind .
However , is this kind of open mind that seems to lack senses always useful ?
In my opinion , having open mind has both merits and demerits . This group of people , who release their secrets naturally ,to some extent , are easy for us to judge their characters . They do not always preserve many secrets , which makes them easy to understand their essence . Compared with the deceitful people , obviously , they are extremely simple and easy-going . I think this point is the most prominent merit for this kind of open-minded young people .
Although the merit is obvious, it is not difficult for us to find some demerits of the young people with this kind of open mind . I am convinced that their bad behavious can be exposed to the stranges when they confide secrets to the others . Then it is reasonable for them to leave bad impressions on the others . Perhaps , their beautiful images will be destroyed by their secrets . As we all know , most people like to make friends with perfect men . This kind of thought may make them lose many opportunities to make friends with excellent people .
Totally , young generation should keep open mind in some situations , which can show their vitality and innocence . They should also know how to control their words to keep good impressions on the others . It seems a little contradictory . That is because the young generation is in the stage of becoming mature .
