My dormitory(第四次作业)

My dormitory
Ten years ago, when I was a middle school student, I began to live in a “public place”called a dormitory in a boarding school. And on account of various reasons, I had to move into a new bedroom every year and sometimes even every half a year. Frankly speaking, dorm is usually called “the second home”. While only me, but most of my classmates, just regarded dorm as a place for sleep.
Because I had to live with another 11 or sometimes 12 girls in a dorm just of several square meters. Except for a few old rusty iron beds, there was nothing in it. In addition, the room was so crowded that we did not even have a bathroom and a very narrow meandering footpath. The roommates were just like passers-bys and there was no chance to sustain a stable long relationship with each other.
This situation continued until I became a college student. From the first day I came to this university on, I fell in love with my present bedroom. It is very spacious, even actually it is less than 15 square meters.
It is located in a corner on a third floor. As soon as you enter the house, you will know that is girls’ bedroom. The first thing to catch your sight is the neatly arranged secretaires. On both sides of the room stand four beds. The quilts are folded in squares. Over each bed hangs a beautiful mosquito net. Two of them are blue, and the others are white.
Small “animals” are on the beds. Most of them are silly, funny and lovely. The most attractive one is Tongtong’s. On the bedside, she has a double of pillows, a toy duck, a ray baby, a little turtle, a head lamb, and various trinkets.
Apart from clean beautiful dormitory environment, the relationship among four roommates is very important. I am very to say that all four of us are living in harmony. We can get care and help from each other; when we are alone, we can have them accompany and when we are in, the whole room is full of laughter.
That is my cherished dormitory. It gives me a sense of being at home. It is an extremely warm and comfortable place to live in.
