Open the iron door marked 313, and then you can visit my dormitory shared by us four college girls. As soon as you set foot in it, what first greet the eyes are four big wardrobes on the left, joined to each other horizontally, and shot through with our respective clothes. On your right hand are also four closets, but they are medium-sized and vertically connected instead. And they are usually occupied by our suitcases or unused quilts. Next to them, you can see an entrance, leading to a bathroom. Step into the entry, turn left, then a mirror comes into view, with two washstands standing right under it. A frosted glass door is reflected in the mirror, look back, and open the door. You can surprisingly find that this three point five cubic meters of bathroom is equipped with a headlamp，a water heater，a exhaust fan，a urinal, a shower，and a tap. Honestly, the bathroom is my favorite in my dormitory, because it saves me the inconvenience of going to the public baths or toilets. Walk out of the entrance, take some steps forward, four large identical desks situated in four corners will catch your attention. Let’s just look close to one corner. The desk is actually designed as a computer desk, with two drawers, one for keyboard. Above the desk is a bookcase, lined with books and daily necessities. And above the bookcase, comes the bed. Of course, an iron ladder is installed between two beds, behind which is a shoe cabinet shared by two adjacent roommates. Now, please look up. Two fans are fixed in the ceiling, between which are two fluorescent lamps. You may find that my dormitory is well lighted, owing to the two casement windows and a glass door which leads to the balcony. The balcony is shared by two adjoining dormitory, therefore, sometimes in the winter I have to get up early to win the space for airing my quilts. Finally, I’d like to tell you that although my dormitory isn’t well equipped¬¬—no washing machine, no fridge, no TV and no air conditioner; however, I regard it as my home in my four years’ campus life, warm, clean and comfortable.
