It is known to all that 21st century is the century of talents. With all the nations are trying to develop their education to raise their competitiveness.That is why we have adopted a strategy of rejuvenate the nation through science and education,and always put a premium on education development. However,there are a lot phenomenon of inequity of education.
First,there are a big difference between the eastern of China and the western of China of their education.In the eastern of China,the students sit in the bright classroom and the schools are facilitated with advanced modern teaching equipment.On the contrary, in the western of China ,the students have to study in darksome holes or a simple and crude house.Moreover,many of they have to get up very early in the morning,then walk several hours go to school.
Second,even in one place,there are many partial issues.For example,the key school and the non-key school.In the past,it have key middle schools,now, it even have key kindergartens.The key schools usually have a better teaching material than non-key schools.If your scores are not high enough that means you have to hand a school choosing fee then you can attend the key schools.Otherwise,you have no choice but to attend non-key schools.
Finally,the problems of the quality of education of children of migrant workers.The children of migrant workers are still excluded from the mainstream of the urban education system,even though they were born and grew up in the city.Many schools claim they are full,or charge hefty illicit fees.The government said the migrant families should get access to city schools,but without any new revenue to pay for this,only a few cities have implemented this policy.
The educational inequity is the most inequitable of society.And since education equity is the foundation stone of structuring harmonious society,it is time to adopt measure to solve the problem of the education unfairness.
